Ficos World

Ficos World is an early intervention youth led charity founded in 2013 out of the death of Fico Dougan. 

Ficos World works with young people aged 17+ who have suffered bereavement and provide young people with opportunities that prevent them from living gang and violent lifestyles predominantly from BAME backgrounds.  

We work with schools, college and councils to be able to host workshops and events that introduce young people to opportunities as well as partner with corporate companies such as Bombardier transport, Microsoft and more to provide insight days, internships and work experience. 

We work with people from a variety of fields who mentor young people and provide employment pathways for young people and in to alternative lifestyles.
