Liz Simcock's silky voice and Clive Gregson's superb guitar playing and voice accompaniment blend perfectly. The original material they have written addresses universal human themes of love and loss, grief and joy.

Clive and Liz first toured together in 2015 in a series of shows performing songs from the Clive Gregson – Christine Collister catalogue.

This tour was such a resounding success that they decided to play more duo shows and to record a CD of brand new Gregson songs.

Their new CD Underwater Dancing was released in October 2017.

Since Clive and Christine decided to go their separate ways, Clive’s illustrious and varied career has continued apace. He has toured and recorded with Richard Thompson, Nanci Griffith, Eddi Reader and Boo Hewerdine, Plainsong and Any Trouble, not to mention releasing 13 solo albums.

Liz Simcock writes songs and performs them in folk and acoustic clubs in and around the Southeast and beyond.

In 1999 she featured on the Playpen Album of New Acoustic Music alongside Eliza Carthy, Billy Bragg, Eddi Reader and Kathryn Williams.

Since then she has trodden an independent path, gaining a growing reputation as a performer and songwriter.

Liz counts Richard Thompson, Clive Gregson, Boo Hewerdine and Joni Mitchell amongst her main songwriting role models.
