Jack Nicholson’s iconic bellowing of ‘You can’t handle the truth!’ is probably what first comes to mind when thinking about Aaron Sorkin’s A Few Good Men. However, the compelling trial of two Marines for complicity in the death of a fellow Marine was actually a play before it was a film.
Whitgift’s talented Sixth Form actors will be bringing the story’s complex and captivating characters to life, in an innovatively-staged production in the Performing Arts Centre. The themes of truth, justice and honour are just as relevant now as when the play was written in 1989.
* This amateur production of 'A Few Good Men' is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, LTD.
