Join SLiDE for our beginner level contemporary dance class. All abilities welcome. Suitable for people who are returning to dance/exercise or need support with coordination and motor skills or anyone who generally wants to get fitter/healthier in a fun and supportive environment. The class will explore flow and momentum and build up to short sequences, using the space and the floor. Classes are weekly (Tuesdays) with rest days, roughly in line with the school holidays.
** Please note that the class is 6.10-7.10pm**
Wear: loose/comfy clothes and barefeet or dance trainers (thin soled is best)
There is a jazz dance class (general level) after the class and for £10 you can do both classes.
