Monday March 9th 2015, 2pm & again at 8pm: “Rainham Marshes”. The RSPB acquired these medieval marshes right next to the River Thames in 2000 and set about transforming it into an important place for nature. Nicole Khan, Warden of RSPB Rainham Marshes, will take us behind the scenes of this modern environmental reclamation success and inspire us to get along there more often!

Everyone is welcome, not just RSPB members. Free refreshments. A selection of RSPB goods, nuts & seeds are on sale. Parking limited on site but free in adjacent roads. T33, 64 & 409 buses stop nearby in Croham Road.
