Bob the Barman at Croydon Folk Club on Monday 24th June, 8:15
08-Jun-2019 14:18

Bob the Barman is Rob Phillips, very ably supported by members of his family.

Rob sings and plays keyboard and guitar.

Eldest son, Joe, plays the guitar. Youngest son, Tommy, plays the drums and daughter, Skye, sings.

Rob has had a passion for music from a very young age.

He remembers playing the piano in the kitchen and learning to play in that way.

He has been in bands most of his life and currently performs with RAN 22.

In addition to performing Rob’s own music, Bob the Barman can often be seen and, more importantly, heard at Ruskin House singing a variety of songs from the vintage pop and rock eras.

You can look forward a very entertaining and lively evening listening to and singing along to or humming to the famous songs of the famous.
